Terms for using Alaska Care Compass
These terms describe the baseline rules for using Alaska Care Compass, operated by Apricity Group LLC. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and within the permissions provided to you.

Purpose of the service
Alaska Care Compass provides directory, care-navigation, referral, communication, provider, and administrative technology tools. Directory information is provided to help users evaluate options and communicate with relevant organizations.
Not medical or legal advice
Alaska Care Compass does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, determine clinical appropriateness, provide legal advice, or replace licensed professional judgment. Users should independently confirm care needs, licensing, eligibility, availability, pricing, and admission requirements with the appropriate provider or public agency.
Directory information
Facility, case-manager, and home-health information may come from public sources, provider submissions, administrative review, or other authorized updates. Information can change. Users are responsible for confirming material facts directly before making placement, care, financial, or legal decisions.
Referrals and communications
Submitting a referral or message does not guarantee acceptance, admission, placement, response time, service availability, or a particular outcome. Emergency situations should be directed to 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
Provider subscriptions and fees
Provider fees pay for technology access, listing management, verification support, communication tools, administrative workflows, analytics, or related platform services. Alaska Care Compass does not sell referrals, charge referral fees, or calculate fees based on admission, payer source, resident acuity, or placement outcome.
Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, use only permissions granted to them, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Organization and listing permissions do not automatically grant access to referral or sensitive information.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, misuse personal or health information, interfere with platform security, impersonate another person or organization, submit knowingly false information, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Privacy and security
Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy & Data Practices notice and the security and privacy safeguards applicable to the relevant workflow. Sensitive information should only be submitted through the appropriate authorized workflow.
Service changes and availability
Features, data sources, integrations, pricing, and availability may change as the platform develops. Alaska Care Compass may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, maintenance, legal obligations, or platform integrity.
