What we are working on
We review keyboard navigation, focus visibility, text contrast, responsive layouts, form labels, meaningful headings, touch targets, alternative text, and screen-reader-friendly interface patterns as the platform evolves.
Standards direction
The accessibility program is working toward practical alignment with WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles. This statement describes an active improvement program and is not a certification that every page or third-party component currently conforms to every success criterion.
Third-party content
Some external websites, embedded content, files, or third-party services may have accessibility characteristics outside Alaska Care Compass's direct control. We aim to select and configure those services responsibly where possible.
Need assistance?
If a feature, document, form, or page creates an accessibility barrier, contact us with the page or task you were trying to complete. We will use that information to evaluate the issue and identify a reasonable alternative when available.
Accessibility feedback
Use the Contact page to report an accessibility issue. Include the affected page, device/browser if known, and what you were trying to accomplish. Do not include unnecessary medical or sensitive personal information in a general accessibility request.
